Twenty years in design teaches you what a brand looks like when it holds together, and when it doesn't. Then AI arrived: work that meant a shoot, a stylist and three weeks now happens in an afternoon. That part is genuinely good — and it's the part everybody already knows about.
Making it look good stayed hard
Which model handles fabric and skin well right now. Which one is better at type. Which reference images to feed it, how many, and how much weight to give them. All of it is learnable — and most of it changes again by the next model release.
