Rectangle Circle Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates moodyboards.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.
AI Input Data: We collect the text prompts you submit, brand settings (colors, descriptions), and any reference images you upload. This data is necessary to generate your moodboards and images.
AI Output Data: We store the images generated by our AI systems on your behalf.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, generation history, and timestamps.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

How AI Generation Works: When you request image generation, your text prompts and brand settings are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. The AI generates images based on your inputs, which are then returned to you through our Service.
Data Sent to AI Providers: We send your prompts, brand colors, brand descriptions, and reference image descriptions to Google's AI services. We do not send your email address, payment information, or account credentials to AI providers.
AI Training: We do not use your prompts, images, or personal data to train AI models. Google's Gemini API, as used through their paid API service, does not use API inputs/outputs to train their models per their data usage policies.
Prompt Logging: We retain a log of your prompts and generation history to provide features like regeneration and history viewing. You can delete your generation history by deleting your account.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (United States). Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data, prompts, and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes. Note that data already processed by third-party AI providers is subject to their retention policies.
